SUMMARY
SUMMARY sets a summary description for the table. SUMMARY is not recognized my most graphical browsers. It is primarily intended for use by non-graphical browser for web accessibility.
SUMMARY has been getting a lot of attention lately because of the United States Department of Justice
Section 508 Guidelines which describe accessibility standards for federal web pages. See the
Section 508 Self-Evaluation for specific HTML help concerning Section 508.
