<NOSCRIPT>

<NOSCRIPT> is for content that should only be rendered (i.e. displayed) if the browser does not use JavaScript or other scripting languages. For example, the following code outputs the current time if the browser does scripting, and otherwise links to a time server:

document.write("<I>Right now:</I> " + new Date());

</SCRIPT>

<NOSCRIPT>
Check out the current time: 
<A HREF="http://www.worldtimeserver.com">World Time Server</A>
</NOSCRIPT>

which gives the following script and <NOSCRIPT> content. Remember that if your browser does scripting then you won't see the contents of <NOSCRIPT>.
