Usage Recommendation
don't use it

<BLINK> causes the text to blink.

this code	produces this
<BLINK>Come on down!</BLINK>	Come on down!

<BLINK> was once reviled as the most obnoxious tag in HTML. Now it's mostly forgotten. MSIE does not even support <BLINK> anymore.
